Praise GOD!! Finding Dr. Boggess and his amazing staff was a true GOD send!! He is the VERY best facial plastic surgeon. He is kind, gentle, patient and caring. He really takes his time and listens to your concerns. When you leave all of the consultations, surgery and follow-ups- you leave feeling like Dr. Boggess is your friend and doctor and not just his patient. He truly cares. . When I read his bio it said "honestly, integrity truly listening to his patients". This is a spot on and perfect description of Dr. Boggess. From the time I called and spoke to his lovely receptionist Marilyn to meeting Dr. Boggess and his beautiful wife/office manager Bernadette this was an amazing, and peaceful, stress free, perfect experience. His 2 surgical assistant Gary and Alex were also so friendly, comforting and meticulous. My facelift looks great and I could not be happier. Praise GOD for everything and thank you again Dr. Boggess, Bernadette and staff.

Lower face & neck lift & CO2 laser - my results are off the charts Choosing a surgeon begins when you call the office to make an appointment for a consultation. When I called the office of Dr. Boggess, I was warmly greeted, was able to schedule a consult with very minimal questioning from the person who answered the phone. Very refreshing. When I arrived at the office I was delighted that the office was quiet and professional, with a wonderful woman greeting patients and getting them started on paperwork, which was minimal. Then I met Dr. Boggess. I was immediately at ease and felt comfortable sharing my concerns; sagging face, sagging neck. He told me what his recommendations were, which were exactly what I expected, a lower face lift and neck lift, and CO2 laser to compliment the lift. Yay! He answered all my questions, then I was moved to another office area to speak with Bernadette Boggess, who wears many hats and is just a delightful person. She discussed price, which frankly I found to be extremely reasonable. Because I live more than one hour away from the office, Dr. Boggess required that I stay in a local hotel the first night, so I hired a nurse and off we went. My anesthesia was 30mg of valium and local lidocaine injections. Let me tell you, this was so much better than a general, you wake up quicker, way less risk, just a wonderful option. If you are considering this and worry that you will "wake up" or "feel something", you won't. First night I wore the compression bandage. Face was a bit red from the laser but not bad at all. Went back the next day for removal of the compression that is then followed by a less restrictive compression bandage that the patient wears 24/7 for 2 weeks. A walk in the park!! I had NO PAIN. The nurse wanted me to take a pain pill to mitigate potential pain onset but I didn't and I had no pain. Recovery: by 72 hours I was out walking on my property (with a hat for sure) for one hour. Felt great. By 5 days I was driving with a scarf around my head and neck. Sorta felt like Greta Garbo 😉 My results are off the charts. But don't listen to me, here are quotes from my friends: "OMG you look 15 years younger and I am not kidding" "No way Jodes, you look so natural and just more happy" "I hate you lol"... You get the idea. To summarize, talk to as many surgeons as you wish but DO NOT leave Dr. Boggess off your list. If you have been considering scheduling a consultation with Dr. Boggess.....do it! I promise you will have wished you done it much sooner. I visited several doctors before making my decision. I knew after the time he spends listening to your concerns and providing honest feedback, that this was the place for me. His staff is etremely kind and make you feel super comfortable. I could not be more pleased with my results. DO IT!

I saw Dr. Boggess for a Lifestyle Lift. From the initial consultation to the surgery and post surgical follows ups, Dr. Boggess and his staff were attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate. I feel like my questions were answered thoroughly and I felt I was able to make an informed decision about this procedure. The results are amazing and my friends remark on how natural and refreshed I look while still looking like me. I cannot say enough about my experience and I recommend Dr. Boggess without reservation.
Dr. Boggess is not just a doctor - he is a true artist. The results were everything I wanted and more! He made my drooping rectangular shaped face (the collateral damage of aging and falling skin) into a more heart-shaped appearance. I was so very worried about the surgery and the recovery but every step of the way he let me know what to expect. I mean what other doctor offers their cell...
Dr. Boggess is not only a great, caring surgeon, he is a nice person. Several months before my surgery, he explained exactly what was going to happen. We had a zoom meeting (because I live in a different state), and he and Bernadette followed up with me every step of the way. I love that he uses local anesthesia (only 2 doctors in the US that I could find do so) so I was awake during the entire procedure and I could talk to him. Gary did all the prep work and he was great as well. Eight weeks after my surgery, I look 15 years younger (at least). I am very happy with the natural-looking results. I had upper eyelid surgery to correct hooded eyes and a reflection neck lift which completely got rid of my "turkey" neck. One piece of advice I would recommend for older patients (I am 68) - ask for an antibiotic OTHER than Clindamycin. I developed a c-diff bacterial infection after taking Clindamycin. It was NOT the result of the surgery; it is well documented that c-diff can occur after taking Clindamycin in older patients. I am extremely healthy and eat better than 80% of the population, yet I still developed c-diff and had to spend 3 days in the hospital getting rid of it. Enjoy your surgery with Dr. Boggess - he is the BEST!
Absolutely great. Dr Boggess and all the staff were wonderful. My down time was minimal. It was an uplifting experience for me. The Dr and staff made sure I was comfortable and met all my needs while under their care. They were great.

I lost 100 pounds and had a terrible turkey neck. I also had eyelids that slanted over my eyes making it difficult for me to see well. Both of these deficiencies were corrected brilliantly. I was also pleased with the process of consultation and follow through. I met Dr. Boggess when I was considering what to do about loose skin on my neck. I found his website and information online, and after exhaustive research, I decided to schedule a consultation. As a nurse, I am very selective when it comes to doctors and practitioners, and wanted to make sure he was the right fit for me. As a result of the consultation I decided to do additional procedures to address age related changes and sun damage to my face, as well as my neck. My results were amazing.
